The part that gets me is this low life was at the end of the story this loe life has a prior for taking a 17 year old mentally diminished girl. Who let this guy out?

Ultimately, the judge who only provided a low amount of time in the courts. Other than that, the legislature.

I was impressed with her and the dispatcher. Telling the 12 yr old exactly what to do helps with the adrenaline rush effects and makes it much easier when arriving on scene.

anyone have any idea what she shot him with?

the report mentions "slug" which made me think shotgun but many reporters refer to bullets as slugs.

I'm just courious as to what she used...

Good for her! The scumbag deserved it.

Praying that she can recover quickly. I can't imagine going through that at 12yrs old.
