G23, without a doubt. I have a 9mm conversion barrel for it, and the appropriate mags, so I'd be set. painful, though, to think about having just one gun.

G-19 big enough for regular defense and small enough for concealed carry.

well shortly after this thread i had to make the choice...sadly.

after owning almost every Glock, i kept my 17 exo/talo edition and my regular 3rd gen 19

i left my job in persuit of another, and turns out a lot of crap happened all while trying to by a ring for my GF for thanksgiving proposal.

3 guns had to go

first it was the XD-s
then the mossy 500a
now...now it's the 17 (listed here btw)....it pains me really. but like has been mentioned. enough capacity to matter and small enough that i could get away with concealing if i need to.

it eats anything from standard pressure 115g FMJ to +P+ 147grn JHP and up..

so

The Glock 19... The "does everything right" gun. Large enough to shoot accurately (I use mine for L.E. instruction, CCW instruction, IDPA, etc.); small enough to carry concealed (carry it often in IWB). 9mm may not be equivalent to 20mm, but with good ammo, and the good hit placement aided by the low recoil, it'll do the job intended.

And... one of the most important factors in our current political situation... one can buy 9mm ammo in any bar in the world.

The first round i fired from my g37 was a dead bullseye at 10 yards. It's a keeper.

Sure it was luck, but for me it was a sign!

What Glock?

G20 10mm 3rd generation. I can protect my hide with it and still take it out hunting. I like the 3rd generation because it fits, works, and doesn't snap apart.

Just one? Insanity! But it would be my gen2 G23... I've owned that gun for almost 20 years and it has never failed me!

G26 for me. I haven't put enough rounds through my G19 yet to carry it or have my life depend on it although I have about 500 through it with no FTF/FTE. I have over 2000 through the G26 with no issues.

Easy choice! Glock 30 is my daily carry its so unbelievably accurate and low recoil for a .45 it's an animal. I wouldn't carry anything smaller than a .45, ever...

I only own two glocks. 17 and 30sf. I will keep my 17 without thinking twice. 18 rds on that beauty cant be beaten by 11 (hard as hell to get the magazine in)on the 30sf. I dont care if if its 9mm vs .45acp thing. Plus the 17 was my first gun ever (9 months ago) now I have 11 and counting. Its addicting I need help.

Well I have owned over 20 Glocks, went back to 1911's twice...I am firmly a glock fan as I an entrenched now.

I love the G19/G23 G26/G27 G20Sf/ G29SF so that is what is still current in my stable. This Past weekend I traded a G19 Rtf2 non fish gill towards another G29SF and sold a G17 Fish gill rtf2.
I love the 10MM platform and all it can do not to mention the barrel conversions.

Saturday morning I woke up earlier than normal for work so I fondled some pistols. That's when I decided to part with 2 pistols I liked...the 17 and 19. I never have shot the 17 all that well and I have another rtf2 fish gill 19. I shoot the 19 and 23 confidently but I am better with the 26/27. But that said I can hit a pie plate all day long with my G20's at 100 meters. I carried a G30 for a decade and regret the sale of that gun but I love the 29 more.

So after some thought and rambling I think I will say if I could only keep one....don't make me choose...OK OK

G29 SF

That's easy.

I only have one--a G19, purchased this week. I reckon it's a keeper.
