Federal 9mm RT9115

Ran across some range ammo in a white box with black lettering number on the box of the Federal 9mm was RT9115 does anyone know anything about them?

Federal's RT (Range & Target) ammo is basically Federal Champion ammo re-packaged.

I've used it and had no problems/complaints with it. I've also used Blazer Brass which is another low-cost ammo that I've had and performed well.
