Anyone have trouble with GT on a tablet or phone?

Hey all.

Been having all kinds of trouble with GT when trying to access it using my Kindle Fire and my IPhone. Lots of features won't work and often force a browser shut down on my Fire. Right now on my iPhone it is SO SLOW that it is pretty much unusable.
Anyone else having trouble? What can I do to help things as I have no computer at the moment?
GT is the only place that is like this.

Using the browser on my Android Droid X... pages take FOREVER to load.

Using OHub Campfire, everything is much faster. Very different look and feel, but I'll use that all day instead of the alternative to waiting, waiting, waiting...

Not sure why that is, I visit other web sites with my phone browser and they're more responsive. Not GT.

Yeah, Outdoor Hub is good.

Otherwise, without it, I think there may be some java issues or something between tablets and the desktop GT version.

I did not care for the app, because, at least at the time that I looked at it early on, you were limited in what you could do for formatting, lists, etc.

I use Safari on my iPhone just fine -- a high percentage of my posts are made this way.

You too?

I uninstalled it then reinstalled just last week. Working like a champ again.

No figuring that out.

Site working fine in Tapatalk on my Nexus 7.

Edit to add: Site appears to load properly in Chrome on the N7 too.

I like the look of the regular site so I use that. It works pretty well on my Samsung 10.3 tablet.

The search function doesn't work for me, the popup disappears when I enter something to search for.

I just noticed a bigger X on the popup ad. I hope that stays. The pop up ad was a PITA to shut down as the X was hard to find. Zooming in takes the X off screen. The X to close the ad should be on the left side so it doesn't zoom off screen.
