Traded for New Wilson Combat

I recently traded for a new-to-me Wilson Combat Professional. I am really happy with the pistol, and though you might wish to see it.

While I lost my lust for 1911's last year (long story) the Wilson Combat was the finest, best shooting, well made pistol I have ever owned. The Professional combines the best features of a 1911 into one package, 8 rounds and 4.25" barrel, great carry configuration. Enjoy yours. You'll be looking for your next WC soon.

The Wilson Professional actually features a 4" barrel. This is something some Wilson fans don't always agree on as some would prefer they would offer a proper 4.25" length officer's model however Wilson claims their 4" barrel is superior and as a Wilson customer myself (with a CQB) I would tend to agree. Yes, their guns are pricey but in my opinion they are worth it.

Nice I think the 4" is a good size, as is the 4 1/4", to be honest having both their is very little difference when carrying them IMO. The 4" Wilson are very reliable from what I have experienced and read. That should make a great carry gun.
