Getting a new railed 1911 for duty use and have narrowed it down to these two. My question is, and I know this is subjective to each person: is the MC worth the extra money? I will have to add a magwell to the MC, because I like them and it doesn't have one where the Tacops does. Also it lacks front strap checkering where the Tacops already has it. I can always use skate tape like I do now on my guns. So once I add the magwell I am around $200-$300 above the Tacops without fronts strap work. Based off of local prices.

I have a Tacops Traditional. Its my 3rd Sig 1911. They have all been flawless. I am still in awe of a 900 dollar 1911 performing as good as some of my Higher end 1911's. Between the 3 I have 4500 round through them and not one FTF. They are well made with few MIM parts.
