Found a BBQ joint in downtown LA... next to a bus bench with a bum sleeping on it. I think Chris and I might know that bum... anyway, the food was pretty damn good. The brisket was fatty and crispy and full of flavor. Ribs were good, pulled pork was good, chili was awesome, and the sweet potato fries... most delicious fries I have ever had. Going back to try the other items like tri-tip, hot links and chicken.

No, it was the sleeping bum that woke up and got scared because he saw you staring at him and told you he was not on drugs.

I know of every earthquake in the world at or above 2.5 in magnitude, on a daily basis.

The more interesting ones become study material. SoCal is nothing but accreted crustal formations, faults are plentiful, and so are the earthquakes.

Austria is not known as a active earthquake area. Romania has more. Greece and Italy have the most in the Euro zone.

They are really rare here. I remember one when I was 15. During the night I woke up and everything was shaking like a vibrating massage bed. Just thought "oh an earthquake" and hoped the fish tank wouldn't burst.

I know it's more common in carinthia to have earthquakes, but nothing compared to other countries

Yeah, the Standard Hotel or the W Hotel. You'll love them. Seriously.
