Yes, perfect form I'd say.
With or without trap bar.
I have a trap bar in my basement but rarely use it.

I am more comfortable with the straight bar. The lady in video did really good job.

I'm now using my hex bar. I may transition to a straight bar when I start using 45s, which may be within the next two workouts. I'm not sure yet, though.
