Advice - 45Gap Gen 3 or 4 Which Should I buy

Ok I am thinking strongly about buying a 45 Gap Glock. I have a choice of Gen 3 or 4. Which should I buy? Anyone have any problems with the Gen 4 45 Gap? All advice appreciated.

Are the 38 and 39 available in Gen 4 yet?

The G37 is the only Gen4 available presently. I have a Gen4 G37 and I like it much better than my 2003 Gen3 G37.

When the Gen4 G38 and G39 become available, I'll buy them.

I have both the Gen-3 and the gen-4. The Gen-4 feels slightly smaller and fits my hand better than the Gen-3.

I have the G37 Gen4 and G39 Gen3. Both are excellent pistols. I haven't had any problems with either one, and ammo availability is not an issue, since I load my own practice ammo for that caliber. I do carry factory Speer Gold Dot LE 200 gr. rounds, though.

Like the others, I'll likely get the G38 in Gen4. I'd like to get one now, but I'm going to wait, because I know that as soon as I order one, Glock will announce that the G38 will be shipping

Go shoot both models if you can--you won't be disappointed, and you'll really like how nicely they shoot.

The G3 38 did give BTF. First Glock to ever do this for me, or to me. Ammo was American Eagle. Stll the best shooting Glock, imo.

Overall, I like the Gen4 models better hands down.

I have Gen 3 G37/38/39's.

My next purchase will be a Gen 4 G38, I really like the 4th Gen Glocks!

Why would you even post here when you constantly bash .45GAP?? Is it that important to you to get your post count up?

Gen 3 for sure. Gen 4 is still in the approval mode.
