15 States including Texas have filed a petition to secede from the United S

http://www.examiner.com/article/15-s...nited-states-1

"...As of Saturday November 10, 2012, 15 States have petitioned the Obama Administration for withdrawal from the United States of America in order to create its own government.
States following this action include: Louisiana, Texas, Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey, Colorado, Oregon and New York. These States have requested that the Obama Administration grant a peaceful withdrawal from the United States..."

After i read that New Jersey and New York want to secede, I understood, that is some kind of joke... Well, I was hopeful for several seconds... Better then nothing.

Let's see. Of the 15 states on the list Louisiana, Montana, North Dakota, Indiana, Mississippi, Kentucky, North Carolina, Alabama and Georgia all receive more money from the federal government than they pay in so they have no incentive to leave the federal tit.

Ironically, California which seems to get the most press, is the 8th lowest on the pole for dollars rec vs paid in. I ran the numbers once and truth be told California (if it kept all its own money) could wipe out its deficit and even its huge pension shortfall in something like twenty years.

People someday will realize the problem is the federal government.

Well -- with 57 states, Obama probably figures he at least has a few to spare...

The problem with secession is that it leads to ever-smaller and weaker states.

NY and Oregon are both blue states; so this is a hoax.

Just to be clear, these were citizen generated petitions, not official state actions. Ho-hum.

Ky won't as long as we have Beshear getting on his knees for Obama. For a state that votes against liberals in presidental elections we sure put a lot of liberals in the governors seat. Go figure

It is a good start. It's a few steps before a revolution 2.0 with Americans' blood shedding on the street.

It's coming, I could sense that unless we all are really apathy.
