Yes, I see, now that I have spoken with Glock and Lipseys, I see that you are correct JK-linux. Thank you. But the colors are so close they had me fooled.

That just shows how much I pay attention. The lady from Lipseys told me that the "Brand New" FDE Glocks have only been on the market for about a week.

Color wise, the new FDE seems more like dog turd brown, it's darker than the old "OD" frames.

If you've still got the G21, from the 2nd pic it looks like its OD Green frame. Should use a lil more flash on your camera. Ive got both the OD Green and the FDE Glocks and can def tell the difference. Might look into looking up the manufacturing date of the pistol or look up the serial # to verify it. Good luck if you haven't figured it out yet.

photos of these pistols make them...at times...appear similar but if you can hold them next to each other, you can tell...when was it made will help you as well...my OD framed G23 was made when the magazines still had Restricted LE/Gov't printed on them...the FDE is relatively new aren't they???

I'm intrigued by both the OD and FDE frames. My Gen4 G21 has the POB frame.
