Who is the Mileage King/Queen of GT

Who thinks they have the most mileage on their car or truck.

It only counts if you have NOT replaced/rebuilt any of the the drive train components....engine. tranny or real axle.
Regular maintenance items are OK...hoses, wheels, tires, brakes, belts.... a radiator is OK...carb or injectors are OK to replace or rebuild. Cutch/pressure plate OK (even tho they are part of the drive train).
I'm real close to 200K on a 1999 VW.
I know 200K might be small potatoes to some of you, but its a first for me

Probably not the mileage king, but I'm known as the Sausage King of Chicago. . . and not for my deli products, if you know what I mean.

While not members and no longer my vehicles, a buddy of mine who bought my 2006 Ford Sport Trac just clicked over 230K this weekend. No major service except for alternator, power steering pump and lower ball joints. I also sold a 2004 F-150 to another friend a few years back and his had 275K+ miles until it met its demise this past summer in an accident. All original except for the clutch, alternator and ball joints.

My 2002 Chevy z71 has 250,000 on it, just routine maintenance and a window motor. Runs perfect.
My 88 1500 had 300,000 miles, had to put a rear and tranny in it at around 310,000, that truck took a major beating and kept on going.

My 1986 Ford Ranger (V6) had 286,000 miles when someone stole it in 1999. The police never found it. I replaced it with a new 1999 Ford E-150 van, but I only have 156,000 on that so far.

`68 Mercedes 220D shows 257,000, but grandpa(who bought it new) disconnected the odometer for a decade... it is theorized that it actually has over 400k on it...

I sold it a few years ago, but my previous truck was a 96 Chevy 3500 with 375K miles on it when I sold it.

I know the guys still uses it in the summer time to haul his toys around so I'm sure it's probably atleast over 400K by now.

My current truck is nowhere near that, its only about 120K.

I'm not close, but on my way. My current rig, which I have owned for 12 years, is a 2000 XJ Jeep Cherokee. She's at around 160K right now and runs like a top. The only major issue was a radiator replacement at 90K, and a few small electrical issues.

The last time I took it to a shop (I usually handle my own maintenance) the guy said he wouldnt be surprised if that inline 6 lasts for another 250K.

The previous car was a 10 year old Cadillac that had 190K when I sold it. That was another car that just sucked up everything - even being t-boned at 60MPH by a suburban. I still think that car saved my life.

246k on a 93 impreza, original clutch. only thing ive done besides fluids is minor suspension bushings, brakes, and finally a headlight after a deer decided to jump into my path.

clutch is needing done soon. not slipping, but the TO bearing or pilot bearing is making noise. no biggie, im ridin til the wheels fall off. its my beater.

My Honda Van had 262000 on it when I sold it on Craigs List a month ago. It had Transmission problems and a bullet hole in the front windshield. It sold in 20 minutes for 50% more than I was asking. I now have a Honda CRV 1500 miles.
