I was looking at my manual and the spec for my Mod34 interested in the twist rate. No mention.

Can someone tell me what the twist rate is not the length of the twist which is somewhere around 9.84" the rate of twist should be about 1:16 but I cannot find a reference anywhere.

The rate of twist is 1:9.84. That translates to one complete turn in 9.84 inches.

Must have to do with the hex vs polygonal. Aftermarket show the the rate at 1:16,
