Right, because the lawyers working the case owe us everything they have as soon as they get it. How do they expect us to make a proper judgement without that stuff?

That's a police photo. We got to see video from the police station fairly quickly. Why withhold this?

You are the one talking about lawyers. The media was able to get police video. Why not the face shot? Remember, ABC said Zimmerman had no injuries in the video at first. NBC news flat out framed him as a racist by doctoring the 911 tape. Zimmerman is going to be a rich man before this is all over.

I wiped my ass with some T-Ray just this morning... I mean TP... I get the two confused.
As to why the police didn't release this photo, but did release grainy video, and 911 tapes that were subsequently altered, well, that might have been because of the campaign that George Zimmerman ran against the son of one of Sanford's police officers. A campaign where Zimmerman sought justice for a black man who was unjustly assaulted outside a nightclub by the son (on video no less) of a Sanford police officer.
Whatever Zimmerman's outcome, the good news is that one less petty thug is here on Earth.

It's universally accepted that Zimmerman was being beat. The photo brings absolutely no "news". What's in dispute is whether Zimmerman was legally justified in shooting Trayvon. Being beat, in itself, does not offer a cut-and-dried response to that question. Hence the trial, which may bring out some actual "news".

I can't tell whether you are serious or not.
To me, getting an old time butt wippin is not reason enough to shoot someone. I will admit I've been on the receiving end of said butt wippins , and I have administered a couple when I was younger.
If you feel froggy and jump on someone, you have to expect him to jump back on you. If you aren't ready for that, you shouldn't put yourself in that position.
And that doesn't matter whether you are black, white, brown or purple. Whether you are in a bar or on the street.
Maybe the world has changed that much though.

My other comment about this situation is:
Cases like Zimmerman's and others will spell the end of the Castle Doctrine in Florida as we know it. If not thrown out, it will end up neutered substantially.

I was repossessing cars before you were in diapers (I am willing to bet). I know what the ugly side of the real world is. Care to share stories? That was how I paid my way through college.
The situations my job put me in were a lot worse than "Community Watch". Had guns pulled on me, had guys take swings at me, even had a guy try to run over me, but never felt the need to shoot him.
(and for the record all the reality shows about repossessing cars are staged and not real)
I knew when to back out of a situation I shouldn't be in.
This whole case is about idiocy meeting stupidity.

yep, he didnt get beat so bad that he feared for his life after he shot his attacker, it was before.
he got attacked, feared for his life, then fired one round after taking how many punches to the face, and having his head slammed on to the street how many times with his attacker on top of him...?

I understand you are the sensitive type. It's OK.
I lived in Oklahoma and my parents still own a farm there. I know for a fact there are bars there today that the highlight of the evening may be a good fight. And I've yet to see anyone shot.
Like I said. It was the perfect match: Idiocy met Stupidity that night.
