Multiple bootable ISO tools on one physical DVD
I came across this tool while looking for a bootable antivirus removal tool.
It allows you to create one physical bootable CD/DVD containing many different bootable utilities, such as the Ultimate Boot CD, various virus removal tools, etc.
I just tested it & seems to work pretty well:

Yep, was going to post that I think it's a different/separate utility you need to download as its different creating bootable DVDs vs. USB sticks, but yes, he has you covered.

Ill have to try that out, cause I have a couple bootables that just dont like usb drives. One of them doesnt save the license info when put on a usb, yet if i burn the iso i originally ripped it does. The other is a older version of norton ghost that just wont boot from a usb. If you want to do one on a thumb drive, you can try "LiLi USB creator" and "Yumi".
