It will be a rough place for people who don't like a totalitarian government telling them what to do. It's run by a dictator who controls everything. You don't get to vote on anything and your opinion isn't welcome. Of course, no one works which means they're all on welfare.

When I'm in heaven I'm going to play the stereo speakers full blast while watching tv. While wearing a tuxedo t-shirt...cause I like to party.

In heaven there won't be the passage of time. Time only exists in the physical world, not in the spiritual world or in heaven where God is.

You'll be with God in a moment that exists with God.
You'll have no need or desire for the things from the physical world.

It doesn't matter how I know it.

You're incapable of mentally comprehending anything outside your own limited sphere of experience, or anything that might exist beyond your own lifespan.

All you know to do is criticize, mock and belittle anything you don't understand. Spirituality is lost on you, and most science probably is too.

Now I'm getting nervous. What if god is just one of the members of the Q continuum that got so bored with the universe that he wants to kill himself... and they won't let him. Maybe we were just created to provide an eternity of company to his misery?

It's more likely we were created to share in his glory.

Any heaven, if it does exist, surely could not be described in corporeal terms.

Exactly.

You get to live in North Korea for all eternity. That sure sounds like a lot of fun to have no freedom, no free will, and no free thought. I get to do only what our dear leader tells me I can do. Deviate from it in the slightest, and it is off to be tortured in the lake of fire.

If only someone we knew would come back from the dead and tell us.

IMO, near death experiences are the basis for the belief in Heaven.

What I want to know about heaven is, is it a lot like Dixie? I mean, do they have a Grand Ole Opry, like they do in Tennessee? Are there honey trees and crazy little weeds growin around your shack? Any pretty little southern belles? If not, then just send me to hell or New York City; it would be about the same to me.

Well, we won't be in heaven. The Bible never says this. Eventually the New Jerusalem will come down to the new earth. Heaven and the material world will be one and the same. God's thrown will be here. This was the promise to Abraham.

There's a whole bit universe out there. I'm sure we'll have plenty to do, whatever that is.

In Heaven there is no beer.

That's why we drink it here.

That's very similar to what the JWs believe but god doesn't take care of matters himself. Just Armageddon and then the chosen (meaning the JWs) left behind to rebuild the ruins with only 144,000 going to heaven. The rebuilders will have a 1000 year reign of Jesus Christ to work while they gradually attain perfection and then the earth will be a paradise again.

They didn't like the idea of me going to med school, military or the police academy and said hell no to geology or paleontology because those are useless professions in a perfect world but I was swinging hammers and laying bricks since before I can remember.

Sometimes I wish I was born Jewish so I would have been pushed into something more than construction trades.
