I have the cheapest Roku on the bedroom tv for watching netflix. Just fixed up the basement and was going to buy another Roku to watch movies down there when I spied the kids Wii game system. Hooked that up and can not only watch netflix but surf the net. The Sony thing seems expensive.

Roku works great and is so cheap that I wouldn't bother looking for anything else.

Here's a comparison between the Roku and Apple TV2. It appear that if you are into Apple stuff then the TV2 is the way to go. However the Roku does more for the same price and you don't have to jailbreak it.
If all you want to do is watch Netflix then the cheapest Roku is the way to go IMO.

If you just want netflix. There are some blu ray players that let you watch netflix that are like $50. I bought my girlfriend an lg with wireless internet and you can also use an external hard drive with it if you have movies on one,
