The eagles have hatched!

Ozzie and Harriet, the bald eagles have been coming to this nest for the past 5 years. The nest sits about 60 feet up a Pine tree in Southwest Florida. One hatched a few days ago, the other last night.

You can watch them on the live web cam

Currently looking at an adult bald eagle.

No little ones in view.

Very cool

Yes, they are still very tiny and are being protected by mom or dad. When they get up to change watch or feed them you can see them.

Thanks for the post. I love to watch things like this. I was lucky enough to watch an eagle catch a fish from the Tennessee river near Chattanooga a couple of years ago and again while crappie fishing at Lake Barkley in Kentucky.
