lonewolfdist.com has a wide variety, and prices are decent. They ship pretty quickly too. They sell RSAs, but they also sell springs separately. If you buy just the spring, you'll need to get a guide rod too.

I have a Wolff 22# spring (non-captured) and steel guide rod. It does not perform too reliably with hot (factory or handloaded) ammo. I get best results with the stock RSA.

I haven't had any reliability issues with mine. I even use it for carry, and it works with my 40S&W conversion barrel, too.

Don't really know why some Glocks don't like them and others don't care. Some have said that flat springs work better. YMMV.

Marc at ISMI is the MAN. best recoil springs I've found. about $9 each. I use his 22lb springs in my Gen 3 and Gen 4 20 and 21s.
You can use a captured or non captured guide rod. Great product and great prices.
