Would you trade a G20sf for a CZ75B?
I like my G20sf but never shoot it. I've got a trade offer for a CZ 75B ( test fire in 96). With night sights (probably dim by now) plus $50. Would you make the trade? The 10mm is awesome. So I'm a little reluctant to get rid of it.
Opinions please.

I have both, but if I didn't have the CZ and had another 9, no, if I didn't have 9. still no, if I didn't have a 9, but had two 10mms, still no
Are you sensing a pattern here?
You need to shoot that 20sf, particularly with some real loads and you will stop asking such questions......it's a 10mm for Pete's sake.
I love my CZs, but I love a more powerful cartridge more.

I shoot underwoods 180 gr and 200 gr. is that real enough for you? I like the 10mm but its never gonna be my carry or HD gun. I may take it hunting but I've got a S&W 629 that's the poop so why keep the 10mm? I have several other 9mm. Just don't have any CZ's. after saying all the above. I'm still a little hesitant to get rid if the 20sf.

Nines are a dime a dozen, and the CZ is a fine example. Problem is, there are at least, 10 others manufactures as good. There is no better 10MM than the G20!
Keep the 20, and for crying out loud, put in an order with underwoodammo, and shoot that thing. You start shooting it regularly, and no one would be able to pry that out of your hands!

Use it, or loose it.
IMO if there is a pistol I do not shoot or carry then it's got to go. When it comes to guns I don't do safe queens, much the same as I feel about Harleys, I don't do garage queens.

I would not even consider that trade. Glock 20 is such a great 10mm.

No no and no.
A close friend of mine has a G20. Despite the current run on just about everything he's been able to find quite a bit of 10mm ammo and priced quite well. All your more popular calibers in terms of ammo are sold out, in short supply or gouged in price.
That's one of the advantages of having a gun chambered in a less popular/common caliber. Keep it. CZ's are excellent guns, but I would not trade out a G20 for one for a variety of reasons, especially right now.
I love 10mm myself. I kick myself for not getting a G20 when I could have.

I'd trade it in a second, but I have no use for 10mm and am completely convinced in the efficacy of the 9x19mm.

Without question I would make that trade. 10mm ammo's price is ridiculous.

If you like the CZ better then yes I would trade. If you don't use it, you're not likely going to truly miss it. For power you've got the .44 which is a big step up from the 10mm anyways.

And it is not as prone to "panic runs" like 9mm.

As your statement says you have shot 180 and 200 grain but haven't shot the 10mm, I would have to assume you're talking about 40 S&W caliber. You need to shoot the gun your thinking about trading and then make your decision. What is wrong with carrying a 10mm for CC? What is wrong with 10mm for HD? I guess I just don't understand your reasoning.

You assume wrong. I'm talking about 10mm ammo. Those are true 10mm loads. Nothing's "wrong" with 10mm for HD/SD. I never said that. Without telling everyone my situation, I simply said I never would use it for those purposes.

I'd trade a CZ-75B for a Glock 20SF though.

If you don't particularly need the G20 for backwoods animal defense, and if you have 9mm ammo on hand or readily available, then yes.

I probably would not. Although I don't have a G20sf, but I really like that platform. You can get conversion barrel to shoot 40S&W or 9mm, on top of 10mm. It's a great all around pistol for both range shooting or SD.
