Hello,
One of my earliest gun memories involves reading about this very pistol. I couldn't give many details, but I remember that the authors simply raved about this gun - how it shot, how it pointed, the workmanship - everything. To give a frame of reference, that would have been in the early 1980s. Looks like some things never change.
Lucky guy! Congratulations!
Jim

as always...beautiful guns photographed beautifully...thanks SO much for sharing...it is nice to know that you suffer some of the same maladies as we mere mortals when buying guns...I for one am glad that you bought both as we get to see them...

Congrats, I love old Sigs of any description. That is a very nice example as we have come to expect from you. I can't imagine shooting a group like that from 50m. I doubt I could see the target that far away! Good find!

Wow! What a pic of beauty!
Congratulations bac, and thank you for making me aware of these guns.
I shot my legend again yesterday, and damn it makes me look like a good shot.

Beautiful gun and that target is insane. The flyer was probably on purpose so it looked believable!

Yeah, I think the flyer was just sighting it in.
Seriously, these pistols are among the world's most accurate.

Thanks
They aren't something you see every day in your local shop.
