G20sf EDC

Anybody else carry the mighty G20 for primary? I carry it everyday now. OWB, with jacket. I love having a full size pistol available. I used to carry the g26 religously, but no longer. I always thought full size guns were not really a good carry piece, but I love this gun.

Just last night I was running into a late night grocery store and ONLY had my G21 with me, no belt holster. I tucked that monster in a DeSantis Sof-Tuck holster and carried it AIWB. I was very surprised at just how comfortable that big gun was in that location. Also felt good knowing I was carrying 27 rounds of 230gr. Speer GD.

I've carry my G20SF anytime I'm outside the house. I've been using a Don Hume IWB Clip holster but will soon be carrying in a TT Gunleather Mike's Special EC IWB. In the summer I'll either carry the G20 in a Smartcarry or I'll pocket carry my new Kel-Tec PF9 in very light clothes.

Why do I carry a 10mm?

My 20SF is now my EDC gun, in a Tommy's Kickin'-A Gunpacks bellybag.

kirkpatrick holster

The Kirkpatrick IWB holster that I used for my Ruger P345 works fine with my G20. Fits the gun well and is very comfortable for EDC. I carry my G20 daily and like the American Express ad used to say "don't leave home without it"!

Daily carry, in it's Alessi CQC-s holster, OWB.

Easily concealed under a jacket/untucked flannel shirt or short sleeve button up shirt, depending on the weather.

IF I lose some additional weight, I have both a brand new Sparks VM2 and a Tommy Theis holster for my fattyGlocks.

(refuses to buy jeans ANY larger!)

Also been utilizing a couple of new MIC holsters that recently arrived, those are showing promise.

Got my MIC holster today. I love this thing. Mexican carry FTW, I even like it better than my thunderwear garment. And I won't shoot my junk off.

I've tried carrying my G20SF a couple times. Granted, it wasn't in a very good holster, but after a couple hours my hip was pretty sore. It's mostly my woods carry gun and HD choice, oh it's great for making friends at the range. Been carrying a G26 for concealed EDC in a C-TAC for a couple years. I'm thinking of picking up a commander sized 1911 in 10mm for concealed EDC.

I'm betting you can find a way to carry the 20. If fact, I was carrying a 26 decided to just go ahead and dedicate to the 20sf. To be honest, my Smartcarry holster works real well. But I like this MIC because I can move the gun around easier. It suits me just fine. I love that I have a full size 10mm with 16 boolets.
