Favorite and Least Favorite Non 1911 45 ACP Guns
I would say the Glock 21C, HK45 and the XD45 compact. The XDs 45 is really starting to grow one me.
I like M&Ps but I never warmed up to the 45 version and didnt like the Sig P250 45 ACP either.

I don't have a "Favorite" I can pin down without defining the purpose. They could run from a S&W 58 .41mag to shot-barreled Beretta Jaguar .22 each is a favorite for its purpose
Least favorite is easy however. That *&(% Pa63 9mm Makarov. They managed to make a gun that, while being of decent size, make that puny round painful to shoot. The rounds is a softy in the CZs or my Bulgy Mak, but they made that to hurt and they did it deliberately.

Well, I was searching for the Comma (s)
"Least favorite non 1911 .45, guns"
Or
"least favorite, non 1911, .45 guns"
I just inserted the comma where I wanted.
Ok, I'll try it the other way
Favorite...XDM , because I haven't had the XDS long enough to be fair about it.
Least favorite..EAA full sized Witness. Nothing wrong with it at all, very accurate, comfortable to shoot, but I put a 10mm top end on it so.....
I can't think of .45 acp I've met that I didn't like.

Currently the Smith 4506 would be my favorite. I don't really own a non-fav.

Count my vote for my SW 4506-1. my first 45 caliber pistol. Every time I shoot it along with my buddy's 1911 I like it more.

For me my favorite after the M1911. It would be the S&W 1950 Target, the 1955 Target, the 625-2 model of 1988, and the -5 model of 1989.
Come to think of it, other than 1911's and revolvers. The only other .45 I own is a M&P.
I really don't have any .45 ACP dislikes.

Sig P220 with the S&W 4506 a close second. I'm not a fan of the XD45's or any XD for that matter.

I'd have to say the Smith & Wesson 845. It was built in the Performance Center and in R&D for nearly a decade.
They are rare, but awesome pistols. Its basically a 45ACP version of one of my favorite pistols of all time, the 952.

1. HK 45
2. Sig P220
3. HK USP 45 Compact
Edited to add, I'm not too crazy about the XD and never will be.

G30 is my alltime favorite. Accurate as all heck. The XD45 is my least, that small gap between the grip and the backstrap safety rips me up everytime.

Favorite is SW 625.
Least favored would be either Glock 21 or HK SOCOM. My hands are only so big.

I always thought the G21 was too fat and blocky.. until I owned one. Easily my favorite.

HK USP45 and the XD 45. The USP in my experience was that one gun I shot and had to double take at the awesome grouping. I'm not a big 45 guy, yet...

Favorite? M&PC. Daily carry gun right now. The size of a CCO 1911, holds 9 rounds, and weighs less than a LW CCO.
Least favorite? Glock 45's.

My new Favorite in .45 ACP the New Ruger Vaquero SS/SA 5.5 barrel...also comes with a .45 Colt Cylinder
Sorry so new I haven't taken any personal pictures of it yet as I'm waiting for the Spanish wood grips to come in first before picture taking...

Although we daily carry a Glock 36, our favorites are our 1911A1 pistols. We also own a CZ97 that is large but great to shoot.
Our least favorite .45ACP is the Glock 21, which we do not own and never will. It is not that we don't favor it. We have lusted after one for a long time. It is rather that the girth of the grip is much too large for our short stubby little hand. Unfortunately, the SF versions are much the same for us. Alas, this is our loss, as the G21 is a great firearm.
We trudge on.

I have the 20SF and it still is too Damn Fat. Got rid of it for another Delta Elite.

Glock 21sf is the only .45 I own so its of course my favorite.
If I tried Sigs or HKs I might like them more, but the G21 fits my hand and I can shoot it well. 13+1 rounds of .45, what more can you ask for?
