Looking for Lower Receiver Parts
Need some help, guys! Does anyone have any lines on a quality lower parts kit and a buffer tube assembly? Can't seem to find any in stock right now, i'm sure they're out there somewhere. Thanks in advance!

All the ones I've seen are crazy expensive. LWRC has some on their website. Other than eBay, that's all I've seen.

$130 for a lower parts kit, and $199 for a lower parts kit plus buffer tube assembly is way more than I'd be willing to spend. I'll wait till everything dies down and buy a MOE build kit from PSA for $150

DSArms and Stag had some in stock here about a week ago.
ETA.
I got in at Midway before they stopped taking backorders.
Hopefully my DD parts will be here by the end of next month.

Just checked DSarms.com, they seem to have the buffer tube assembly in stock. But then again, a lot of other guys claim to have stuff in stock and ended up placing people on backorder. I'll call in the morning to see if the buffer tube assembly is in stock or not. I'm going to wait to order a lower parts kit.

Picked up mine from M&A parts this past weekend. They go for $75, and they should be on the website.

This is what I'm planning on doing too. I didn't know how bad/fast you wanted some parts.

Realistically, we have a long time to go before the prices come down. I'm going to predict that prices will remain high as availability remains low and demand remains high for the duration of 2013 and probably most of 2014 provided that no sweeping gun control bills or an AWB pass.

I got my Daniel Defense LPK for 82 bucks from Midway. If only the supply line would hurry up so I can actually get it. Sadly most places are now either out of stock, or not taking back orders.

They've been popping up occasionally on PSA. Keep trying. They had D&H metal mags in stock this morning too.
I've been very happy with the Magpul CTR stock with the enhanced butt pad.

BCM has the stock mounting kit.

Lower parts kit id going to be harder to found. I ordered a lower parts kit minus trigger group so I just have to find a decent priced trigger group yet.

I refuse to pay over $100 for a CMMG lower parts kit. I'll wait until everything dies down afterall. I expected a long wait for the funds to be able to purchase everything anyway.

Some peckerwood was selling a DPMS kit a few weeks ago on Amazon for 189 bucks.
Just crazy!

If you need some parts to get something running, I have a tube and parts to get you by. You can understand why I don't want to give them away just for backups. But if you need them for failure repair and to get back in the game, I have about four sets of everything, and you're welcome to them if you need them.
My tube and spring are BCM.
But if you just want them for extras, you might as well wait a few more weeks.
If you don't need them now, but something breaks before you can get more, drop me a PM, I've got pretty much anything you'll need, and I got it from BCM.

I have been looking for parts to convert a 6 point to a fixed stock for a while, just found some today at Midway. Also picked up a AR15 "repair" kit as they have been out of stock for a while. Looks like parts are starting to creep back into stock
I order this from Midway today:
DPMS Buttstock Assembly AR-15 A2 Synthetic Charcoal
Product #: 877354 $84.99 1 $84.99
DPMS Ultimate Repair Kit AR-15
Product #: 587468 $34.99 1 $34.99
Hogue OverMolded Pistol Grip AR-15, LR-308 Rubber Black
Product #: 645828 $16.99 1 $16.99
Also ordered a AR15 carry handle from BCM yesterday and a Wilson Flash hider from Brownells yesterday. All of these have been out of stock for a while.
BCM has already shipped from the email they sent this morning.

Not sure if your on Palmetto State Armory's email list, but I got one of their PSA- MOE LPK's for 169 bucks two weeks ago. They did have the Ultimate LPK 's (something like that one) in stock the beginning of the week...but they came with a 199 dollar price tag. Kinney Shooting Supply is another place to keep an eye on...I picked up a Dpms Lpk1b for 69 bucks three weeks ago. Being on the email list helps...and just check your email daily. Ar fifteen dot com has the equipment exchange, but prices can be downright stupid. Once and a while you can find someone helping others out...but timing is everything. One other big risk is it's the honor system...do your homework on the sellers feedback rating. So far I have not been burned...but there is always that risk. As stated...when the mayhem dies down...hopefully prices will level.
Case in point...same LPK I paid 169 for...now 230 bucks.

Agreed. LWRC commands a premium that although I own an LWRC rifle, I would not pay thos prices for a lower parts kit and buffer tube.
