Sent my 23 to Glock for frame swap

Just an fyi, to those interested. Glock is offering frame swaps at $100 (which includes return shipping), down from $150 just a year ago. No, you cannot keep the same serial number, so an ffl is required. I'll answer the question "why would you want to swap frames?" before I'm asked. Because I did mods (subpar) to the lower that I regretted. Problem solved (albeit at a cost. But you can't beat $100 bucks)

That's a pretty darn good deal... with the stupid FFL means a transfer fee for me, but still. Good looking out.

Beware however. You will lose any upgraded parts in the lower that you send in. I replaced my serrated trigger with a smooth one (G17 fits the 23), plus, I had an "ultimate trigger stop" ala LWD.. they went bye bye when I sent my Glock for the swap. Of course, in hindsight, I could have just removed the trigger and put the old one back in before sending her off... a "duh" moment I guess eh?
