pre-ban AR-15 mags

Can pre-ban 30 rounders be sold from out of state to someone trapped in NY/NJ? How much would they be worth over there?

Not with the new proposal. It only allows for 7 round mags, except for the 10 rounders that one already possesses. So now, 10 round mags are their pre-ban pots-o-gold.
