After lurking around your site for a month or so, I finally purchased my first handgun (from a store, rather than my dad) and became a member. There is a TON of valuable information here; I am glad to be a member.
Throughout the madness in pricing and backorders, and after numerous emails and countless hours of searching, I found my "unicorn;" a gen 3 glock 19. I bought it used for $500 (+tax), which I was very happy to find at an ~ok price. The gun appears to be in good shape after inspection, and with my uneducated judgement, I think that it was hardly used. Unfortunately, it only came with one mag, so I am on the prowl (if anyone is feeling like selling one, I'm here
) for an extra.
