Why do I need(want) an ESEE Junglas?
I have an ESEE 3 and a couple of Izulas and Izula 2's. I also have about a $150.00 credit w/Knifesupply.com. I was thinking of getting either a ESEE Junglas or maybe a ESEE 4. What do you guys think?

Junglas is a great knife if you backpack (or camp without taking your own wood). Pretty large knife for most other purposes, as an esee4 would be a better carry (IMHO).

plus one on the first response
If you obtain the esee 4 and the scales aren't long enough, there are replacement scales on the market.

May I suggest what I did? Get the Junglas. It's a great knife.
You say you have Izulas. Strap one to the Junglas sheath and carry both as one stup. Great setup.

I was looking at a Junglas also... until I got my hand around a Buck Hoodlum. Definitely take a look if you're considering a balls tough chopper.
The Junglas will follow on my big knife shopping list...

I have one of these 2 pound beasts with me when I go down to the river. Great for chopping and wood splitting I'd slap an ESEE 5 on the side of it for more precision work. The construction of ESEE knives is just amazing for the price point and the warranty has got to be among the best in the business.
