Their store in San Diego is real. If you walk in, they are very nice and it is a very positive environment. But online - - - - .
It's obvious that they are overloaded right now. I ordered a Glock 23 but they are WAY overloaded with customers right now. They told me they were not even quoting a delivery date, but the guy who wrote up the purchase said it should be around 3 to 6 months to get the handgun. Then, I came home and found out that Glock was 1,000,000 handguns backordered - with deposits or fully paid! So it may be way too long for my liking. I sent them an e-mail today, asking if they had considered a webpage for those of us with orders pending - to show where we are in the cue, and how many handguns they get, because we're all in the dark out here.
The poor vendors in this industry are inundated with orders. They can't get a break right now. Lots of buyers, no inventory. If they could, I'm sure they would provide better customer service for their website. But right now, they have all the business they can handle, and then some. Probably has an effect upon whether they respond to one more customer's inquiries. When their phones are not ringing any more, you may be able to get a better response time from them.
