Changing email settings

I have my settings set so i can receive emails from members. However my phone is getting new messages from every reply to each thread. Can i change that setting? Not that i don't like the forums, the phone is just a little too busy.

Go to Quick Links at the top of the page and select Edit Options. Now, scroll down to Default Thread Subscription Mode under the Messages and Notifications tab. Change the default Thread Subscription Mode to "No email notification".
