Glock 26 vs 19 Gen 4 trade question.
I've Gen 4 Glock 26 w/ 30rds fired only and in like new condition.
No wear or scratches.
A guy from my local area offered me to trade with his 200rds fired Gen 4 Glock 19 w/ slight wear from purse carry by his wife.
He also wants $50 more since his gun has Glock night sight.
I've Gen 3 Glock 19C but always loved the feel of Gen 4 grip.
It's US made Glock.
Don't really need 26 but couldn't find a reason to own 2 - G19s either.
Should I trade?
Any issue with US made Glock?
Is this good deal for trade?

Coolhand..."Don't really need 26 but couldn't find a reason to own 2 - G19s either."
well I certainly agree with the second part of this statement... 2 G19's??? I would keep the G26 - If I were you.

I'd stick with your brand new G26. Much better for a carry weapon, if that's why you bought it. The G26 is probably one of the most popular & revered Glock models there is... if not the most.

I've G19C Gen-3 now.
Yes, I brought it for carry use but I'm still carrying my G23 for the last 12yrs.

Keep the 26.
Fear the man who owns but one gun, for he knows how to use it.

I would keep the G26 but I readily admit I like the G26 better than other Glocks including the G19.

I would keep the 26. By buying a standard G19 barrel you have the option of having a 19 plus the 19C. I am biased, the 26 is m favorite Glock.

Keep the 26, it shoots just as well as the 19, and it is more concealable.
I actually just sold my 19, because I never used it. I like my 26 better, and my wife wanted a Sig. So I figured no brainer. Now she comes shooting with me on a regular basis. Win/Win

I say keep the 26. You're better off with the 26 if you shoulod choose to carry concealed, and you can always use the 19 mags in it.

I think that was a wise decision. I don't do 9mm but I'm a big fan of a versatile subcompact Glock pistol with high-cap mag options, especially a Gen4.
