I am running a 4.48 Storm Lake barrel on it with stock springs.
It is rated for 1200 fps and 703 lbs muzzle energy.
I wouldn't hesitate to run Underwoods 220 Grain Hard Cast Flat Nose thru my G29. I also have a StormLake on one of mine and I've run some 200 Grain Double Tap (before DT watered it down) thru without issues. You should get real close to the published numbers (Underwoods numbers) considering the StormLake Barrel is 'almost' Glock 20 length. (4.48 VS 4.60).
The reviews are very good as well. One thing about Kevin Underwood; he's an honest man who doesn't fudge speed numbers and his products are by far, the best you can get for money spent. I am big fan of Underwood Ammo and you can carry and shoot it with confidence.
Because StormLake Barrels have excellent case support (a tight smile) I would run a bunch of these flat nose's thru just to make sure they feed 100%. Also, consider some BEAR SPRAY on your belt.
