Baby Glock 30 what gen is it.

Just acquired a glock 30 at a local pawn shop but don't know what gen it is. It doesn't have a rail system bits it looks like new. Need your input the serial starts CYCXXX US

Glock introduced the gen3 G30 without a rail. They later added a rail, even though the added rail was too short for many accessories to LOCK firmly in place. These rail-less G30's are informally called gen2.5, but they are structurally gen3.

Your G30 was made in Nov 1998, it's a Gen 3.
