got my first Glock

So I came here-where else? Got a Gen4 17,not only my first Glock but my first 9mm in over 35 years.Glad to be a member of the club.

Welcome and congrats! Be warned, they multiply. I picked up my first Glock, a G23, in February and have since found a G17 and G27 in the house???

Already got my eyes on a 20,29,21,or 30.Really want a 30 but haven't seen one in over 4 months.

Well I guess an update is in order.I stupidly sold the 17 but bought a gen4 29 and then a gen4 30 so I guess I still belong here.The 17 has been replaced by an FNS-9 which is sort of a hybrid 17/19.Height about like a 17,length about like a 19;17 rounds,etc.Bore axis seems to be as low or lower than the Glocks;a really nice pistol not enough folks know about.

Welcome aboard from another newbie!

You might like this as a cheap, first-time tweak:


Been so long since I did that I can't recall if this is the video where I first saw it...but one of these talks about bending the trigger connector a bit -- DON'T DO THAT. Just do the polishing and you'll be fine.
