How many here realize that prisoner advocacy groups, 'justice reform' advocates, and some 'social justice' groups are calling for the revision of criminal history files. They want criminal history entries to be classed like credit reporting score variables and for the entries to fall off after a given amount of time. This is supposedly to prevent stigmatization of the affected person and promote employment.

Convicted of theft? Some models will only show for 06 to 36 months, contingent upon the amount and circumstances. A homicide? 120 months maximum.

Next, these same people and their ilk will be forming a choir.

How sweet.
