Today I had my first Zesto shake. (not sure if Zesto is a chain or if it is just here in Atlanta). Anyway, they have a BUTTERSCOTCH shake that is yum-o-licious!

Shoeless,
Zesto's has been in Atlanta since 1949. Located on Ponce near City Hall East, Little 5 Points, and just past the Farmer's Market. It has been voted best fast food place in Atlanta several times. Great wings!

For those of you trying at home, here's my recipe (It's actualy a malt, way bettter than a plain milkshake):

5-6 scoops of Chocolate Ice cream,
1C milk,
4TB powdered choc drink mix,
1/4C choc syrup,
2 raw eggs,
3TB choc flavored powdered Malt

Adjust the milk and ice cream amounts for desired consistency. Blend for 30 seconds or so. VERY RICH and CREAMY.
