Pheasent Hunting with Pops
Hello all...
Getting off ankle surgery (from motorcycle accident years past) and I am finally feeling fit to go knock some birds down.
I am going to take Pops and head up to Suisun (CA) to get some Pheasents. I am going to take my new Winchester Supreme Over and Under and try out some Fiocchi golden pheasent 12G loads.
Should be a lot of fun. I will try and post picts if we get lucky.

Hunting with the old man has always made great memories for me. If you can get some birds too, even better.
Good luck.

good luck to the both of you. may your game bags come back full and your memories remain clear.
unfortunately, my father is not into hunting and rarely wants to spend any time at all fishing. i envy you and your father. cherish these times.

LOL. Well I cheated and paid the 2.50 picking fee per bird. I hate stripping feathers. Funny to, cause I don't mind cleaning fish at all. Go figure.
I have 6 of the little plump suckers are Dittmers getting smoked. The 7th bird my Pop almost obliterate with his 12G, so she gets fried up with salt, pepper and some hog fat tonight for wifie.
Looks like we are going back in March for some more pheasents and some chukar. Never hunted chucker and I am looking forward to it.
