Size Matters?

Help!!!

I need to make this photo bigger, 3.5" X 5.5" post card size.
Can this be done without lots of distortion?
What programs can I use?

www.irfanview.com

download for free

Read the instructions and have fun. Can also resize for easier loading. Make avatars. All kinds of neat things.

actually you can use photoshop/paintshop to make the image bigger, then to smooth all the pixelation and then manualy correct where needed,
or
you can print it in its normal size, make sure you do it with the best dpi your printer has, then rescan it with maximum resolution.

i recommend the seccond way.
