I'd like to thank everyine who voiced thier support in what has been a truely devastating time to me. This even goes for the lowly dung cru who seem to still be up to there dung like ways, prefering inferior calibers and probably prefering digital cameras over film, but thankfuly my G29 and my Leica M3, and all of the full 10 ring members still endevor to keep them in thier places, it brings tears to my eyes. the 1200 odd post I've missed will still take some time for me to catch up on, it's even more posts then all of 8:40 was when I read it in one sitting.

browsing the archives here, making sure the Pirates haven't purloined any of our monkeys (unlikely since they've stooped to painting them on their walls, but never underestimate their propensity for diversionary tactics)

The nefarious Dungeon Types (pardon my redundancy) have paused their illicit crashing (again, pardon my redundancy) of the weekend Lagoon weekend debauchery (once again, pardon my redundancy) to request that I, in my capacity as Senior 10-Ring Dungeon Resident, congratulate Unkle on his superb insight in resolving the administrative issue of identifying the Pirate Crew personnel milling among the Penthouse faithful at the party activities. We lowly servile pond-scum Dungeon COMPLETELY OVERLOOKED this simple solution to the IFF/targeting problem. We wish to acknowledge that there ARE times when the psychotic 10-Ring mentality (still again, pardon my redundancy) is useful in administrative manners.
We request that Susan, when doing her "selective removal" of the Pirate Crew, 1) use a tight pattern choke on her weapon, and 2) exercise superb control on her shot placement. It would be boorish in the extreme to injure any PARROTS during the removal effort. Even the Pirates, who are accustomed to enduring rough handling by outsiders as part of their looting shtick, never put their Parrots in jeopardy of trauma injury; I think we should follow their example.

i think the Bullman, with the mood those monkeys have got him in, will probably make short work of the Pirates with that freshly-chalked horn (just *hoping* here that the parrot on *his* shoulder landed there after he bucked its master overboard)..
and i figure his lovely 1066 would make the plank look pretty good to any stragglers, and when he was done with that and safely back to us, yours truly (watching with delight from the Penthouse balcony) could scuttle their rig with her trusty sailing companion..
now, Maggie's a Marine 870 with a fixed Cylinder bore, but the upside is that she eats slugs like a cat eats galley-rats..

Thank you for your rapid response, Susan. All in the Parrot Security Team are reassured that full precautions will be in place to prevent any Parrot from suffering trauma injury.

I was pleased to be of assistance in the noble task of preserving the supply of 10mm reloading brass. We down here in the Dungeon are accustomed to normally paying forty nine cents per ton for .45ACP brass, and we know the $23 per ounce rate you Penthouse types must pay for YOUR brass is a continuing and onerous burden on your finances. We stand (or stoop) ever vigilantly to avoid the loss of even ONE precious 10mm casing!

I think I forgot to report on our last visit to the doc too. We had another ultrasound and noticed some motion that we were advise is breathing practice, which is something babies do I guess. Everything looks good, the estimated weight (plus or minus a pound) is currently 8 pounds, 3 ounces. Sarah is going to be a big baby. Should be any time now, I hope. Momma is getting anxious.;P

Good luck on the delta, shoulda never got rid of mine, but that was when I was young dumb and well, just stupid and I traded a lot in those days. Now, if a 10 enters the corral, it won't be leaving.

Wow, I am impressed, I greatly desire a III series. Preferably a IIIc or IIIf. I'd tip my hat to you if I wore one. Perhaps we can compare during the next 10ring blow out. It's been a long time since the M3's had the company of other Leicas and I think it would enjoy 'slumming it' with a couple of screw mounts. (hehe just kidding, VERY nice cameras, if you don't mind I'd like it if you could post up a pic of them)
