Stuff to help newbies

Hey guys,

Being somewhat of a FNG to working out and the clean eating stuff I have had to search the internet and various forums for info relating to the same.

I thought a thread that provides reference materiel would help the new guys and the experienced ones who may have a question.

Yeah once you have heard a question over and over, you get tired of it. Nevertheless, being a dick to a FNG only makes them not want to exercise and eat right, and if they want to exercise, leaves them at risk of injury since they may not know the correct form to use.

Here are a few I have in my favorite’s folder:

For form and exercise's info:

http://www.thetrainingstationinc.com/exercises.html

http://www.exrx.net/Lists/Directory.html

http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/exercises.htm

For clean eating:

http://www.healthcastle.com/goodfats-badfats.shtml

http://www.hsph.harvard.edu/nutritionsource/fats.html

Fitness forums Please bear in mind these places have more, and dumber, trolls than GT has ever thought of having… i.e. kids… but there is also a good exchange of information.

I hope these help… lets see what you got

Stay safe

Nice thread. Exercise and diet tend to evoke alot of 'rolled eyes' type responses from guys who think they know it all. Newbies in particular need solid information to develop realistic expectations, so they'll stick to it.
