Some Glock pics........

Hey Guys,

Never posted over here before I absolutely LOVE taking pictures. I mostly Collect watches so they are usually my main photography focus, but lately I have been taking some pics of my guns. Let me know what you think

Thank you for your compliments I use the Light box in the pictures below. My friend originally made it for me for taking pictures of watches (which it works the best for) but it also works well for taking pictures of guns. Here is the box.....

Fantastic pictures

Thanks for the info
I'll have to try to build one. Is the inside black fabric or another material. And what is used to diffuse the light onb the top and sides. normal paper or something special.

Very nice photos carvin! The pics of the glocks are beautiful.
I also like the watch with the droplet of water splashing off the face.

Thanks Guys,

To defuse the light I use the panels that go over Flourescent lighting, cut to size. I also put some tracing paper over those to soften the light up a bit more. I reccomend using black velvet inside to help absorb the light....works well Good luck

are there plans for a box like that, or did you just wing it?

also, how did you take the picture with the drop of water? did you use a strobe or did you just time it right?
