I deleted my comments at the owners request with the assurance that he would send me a holster and remove his comments.
A week later his comments were still up and the thread got locked. It has been almost five weeks and I am still hoping that the bad snow in KY is the reason I have not gotten a holster yet... no return phone calls or emails from the owner.

I did finally receive my holster last week. It was mailed 2/13 with a delivery date of 2/20. Although I didn't get my mag pouch.

The holster looks to be of good quality leather and workmanship. It/ll get a workout in a few weeks with some hiking.

Another six weeks elapsed since the holster was promised... Makes a total of 19 weeks waiting with no response to any/all attempts to communicate... Wish I had never heard/found the name Panther Creek Gunleather!

I placed order on December 6, 2014. Mark was posting 3 week wait times. No problem, looks like a good product. I waited over 2 months before contacting him. I still have not received the item or an update despite weekly calls and emails. You'll have protection from your credit card but it still might not be worth the effort.

Call and shoot them an email. Make sure you have your order number.

I've still not seen hide nor hair of the mag pouch....have a feeling it's in never to be seen land.

Very sorry to hear you and I are in the same boat...
I did get an email from Mark yesterday tho... Said that by posting online about our bad experiences that we are earning him more business.
Asked me to "keep it up" and that "two could play at this game"... I dare say, after six+ weeks after his last promise to deliver and TWENTY WEEKS total of waiting for a holster or a refund to my PayPal payment, it is not a "game."
Just hope no one else experiences the same loss.

This comment about posting negative things on line generating more business is probably coming from the media consultant they have hired. this person sent me a couple of videos of how some dude brags about the negative remarks and how it generates him thousands and thousands of dollars of more business. If you look at his business, it is more likely the exception, not the norm. His business is not for the mainstream folks looking for accessories.

If my mag pouch isn't delivered in the near future, I will contact the Better Business Bureau for his area and file a complaint there. Then, perhaps request a refund on my charge card for the difference. Then, if any local retailers carry his products, I inform them of his reputation.

That might be crossing the line between horrible customer service and into the category of fraud.

Anyone who reads this bad press and horrible details about no deliveries or customer service and STILL orders from them, deserves what they get.

if you want kydex, try phl (skeleton, and others) holsters or raven concealment... i have more than 1 from each of them, and 1 mag pouch, and was fully satisfied.

I placed an order on 11/29/14, before the negative reviews started rolling in.
I disputed the transaction with PayPal on 3/5/15, after Panther Creek ceased communication with me.
PayPal gave Panther Creek 10 days to respond to the disputed transaction.
Not surprisingly, Panther Creek failed to respond to PayPal.
PayPal issued me a full refund ($79.99) within 10 days of opening the claim.
Panther Creek sucks. PayPal rocks.

Ordered a holster mid-January, waiting still in mid April. Ticked doesn't cover it.

I finally asked him to donate the money I paid to green beans coffee company for our troops since it seemed evident he had no intent to fill the order but, in retrospect, just told him I was done wasting my time trying to get him to fill the order.
(I bought a blackhawk spec ops holster and it came in three days, was cheaper, and even held a spare mag.). Sadly, I doubt I will ever see anything for my $87 PayPal payment. (Not to mention the $12 I spent to send back the tiny holster they sent me in error last December that the muzzle of my gun would not even begin to enter)

Last I read, lawyers were involved.

So you can expect another two years of waiting.

Buy once, cry once

One in hand is far better than a knock-off in limbo.......
