Win XP new install, lost all my drivers!

One of the computers in my office was full of spamware and viruses. I reinstalled Windows XP, but now I've lost all my network drivers. The computer seems to have lost all diagnostic ability to identify the current hardware. What are my options? The other install cd's don't seem to have the information that I need.

Is it possible to download a universal driver database or diagnostic tool that would at least identify my installed hardware?

Download driver from Manufacturer for Network Card. From another PC of course to CD or Floppy. What brand PC or Network Card?

Dell computers have a driver disk shipped with PC. And they are avil online.

You could also DL SISandra on another PC and burn it to a CD-R.

SISoft's Sandra will tell you more about the installed hardware than you need (or likely care) to know! Then you can use that info to grab drivers.

If the issue is with chipset drivers and whatnot, then that PC likely isn't OEM and you'll need to use the driver disk that came with the MOBO or from the manufacturer's website.
