Rainbow Six series

I noticed something other the other day playing Raven Shield (R6 3). Your handgun and SMG reticules go back to 'on target' faster after moving the gun around or walking. This is the absolute opposite of my experience in life - I can aim my AK much much faster and more accuractly than I could ever hope to with my little USP with its shoddy sight radius (not to mention nubbin sights on pistols) and poor balance/control as compared to a full size battle rifle.

Notice how the 'on target' reticle isn't that great, it's about 5-10 inches wide at about 10 feet. They might be using some sort of point shooting.
