Well I took my tech test on saterday and passed now I just need a radio and a call sigh.

Depending on how soon the examiners mail in their 'stuff'. Your call sign should be on the FCC web site as soon as Wednesday of this week (my nephew's was that soon). It might take until Friday or Saturday though.

Once it's listed, you can transmit, although I'd recommend a printout of the page showing your call sign.

Just got mine last week myself, so I know how you feel

like artjs, if the examiner did right, you may have your call sign by Wednesday. I took mine on Thursday and had it by Tuesday.
