Antenna suggestion for friend

I have a buddy who just got a new Mustang, he has an Icom IC-2100H
( 2m mono-band) and wants a quaint little mag mount antenna without having something huge or goofy.... Anyone have any suggestions? I'm having trouble finding something with a short length ( under about 25 inches) and the right connection.

Larsen 2 Meter 1/4 Wave Antenna - NMOQW144

note the "unity" gain...if your friend likes Mustangs...unity gain is kinda like a GEO Metro.....

www.gigaparts.com

they have a little Comet brand dual band mag-mount (2m, 70 cm) for right around $39

I bought one with my radio and it works really well. I have since upgraded to a larger antenna, but I will be using the Comet again for temporary use when I drive other vehicles.

It meets the size specs you want also. I want to say it is around 16", but I didn't measure it.
