You know he loves you when....
Fill in the blank!
My contribution to get the thread going....
You know he loves you when... he goes to work every day at a gun store with 4,000+ rifles/guns/firearms... and means it when he says that he would MUCH rather be with you in his arms. ;3 ;3 ;3 ;3

You know he loves you...
When he slaves away at the 'salt mnines' just so you can stay at home with the kids--even if it means a major reduction in the total discretionary gun-income for both of you!

You know he loves you when....
misskitty5077, sorry to hear you are feeling that way today. I do wish you could feel the happiness I have in my heart. I may not have much money and my health is not the greatest, but I have a loving wife, family and caring friends. I hope you have someone to reach out to when you are feeling as you are.
My wife doesn't frequent the forum, but I will say she is the love of my life. She is my life, my love, my everything, a true joy to my heart!

He gets a free drink at your favorite beverage store, finds out it's the wrong one when he's almost home and drives to another beverage store to get the right one. ;3
He takes the 4 oldest kids (the fantastic four) to the park to give mommy some quiet time. ;3

Told the SO last night I loved him so much cause he rubs my toes when we're watching TV and holds my hand while we're in the car together. It's the small things that make the big difference sometimes. I know he loves me because tells me every day, but also because he shows it. Small things every day, big things once in awhile.

Waiting... lol. And he might not go to Basic until October... which is fine... I'll be home for Christmas (around the time he graduates) so it all works out. I'll be at that graduation come hell or high water though!!
But I did get a ring. Nothing much, just a sterling silver one.... we picked it out at the mall at some little kiosk. Besides, both of us were broke. ;Q
It's not a promise ring.... He says it's juat a "placeholder" until he can afford one to "outrank it". ;3
I think I might be getting a G17 before I get another ring though... but there's NOTHING wrong with that!!! ;a ;f ;f

isn't that the truth! my honey does't rub my toes when we're watching tv (hmm, that's a good idea tho ;f) but he does a lot of other little things.
i know he loves me because.......
he goes camping with me, our kids, my sis and her family and my parents several times during the summer even though he HATES camping. he just does it because he knows i love going.
also, we finally had the $$ to take a family vacation last year and we spent a week on the beach in NC. he doesn't care for the beach (he'd rather be sight seeing somewhere else) but knows i love it. we're going again this year, too. next year, i told him he gets to pick where we're going because i can't have my way ALL the time.
yep, i know i'm loved.

That toe rubbing idea is a good one!!!
I shall have to pass that along to Murph the next time I see him. ;f
As it is I already get primo-grade back massages when I even make the smallest whimper about my back, neck or shoulders hurting. < sigh >

Wow... we just got word that he's got orders for Basic on 24 MAY .... so I guess you were right about the "summer" vacation!
Oh... and his recruiter apparently asked him the same question today when he stopped by to visit and "sign his life away...again".
I like her!! ;f ;f ;f

I know I'm loved when I'm willing to get up early in the morning after a disrupted night's sleep(kidlets keep me up a lot), make his lunch, and wave to him as he drives off. He's even letting me get a P-22 this week to plink with! ($$'s tight but I sold some ebay stuff to pay for most of it.)

Shouldn't that be "he knows he's loved..." because you did all the nice things?

I show my love for him by getting up early and getting a good lunch ready for him....but he shows me his love by calling me every morning on my office phone and leaving wonderful messages for me (he's a Glocktalker, too, so he may see this!). There are so many other ways he shows me, too. I'm a very lucky girl! This weekend we're going to a gun shop and picking up my PPKS, I can't wait to go to the range and try it out

I just started reading a new book that the bookstores are having a tough time keeping in stock (according to the gal at Border's Books)
"He's just not that into you" is the title.......
Oprah had the authors on her show recently......
