Apple Cider Vinegar Question.

Do you believe that one could benefit from apple cider vinegar? If so what is your experience?

well I tried it myself and it tastes awful but there's a old man down the road that believes in it and he's in his 80's and still
gets around better than some half his age.

I guess Ill give it a try. Im trying to gain energy and lose some weight. Getting back on the ol bicycle today also. Beautiful day to begin again.

Be sure to try and find ACV with "mother". That's the cloudy stuff at the bottom of the bottle. Just shake it up before you use it. GNC has some, but I've been able to find some at the grocery store. As you might guess, Heinz is totally clear and filtered from all "mother"....
