How to interval train with weight lifting?
If you are trying to run a marathon you don't go out and run a marathon everyday. You interval train.
I'm getting ready to do what amounts to a marathon of weight lifting. How would I interval train with weights?
Right now I'm doing 3 sets of 30 seated rows at 90 lbs.
So should I start doing 3 sets of 15 at 120?
Or maybe 1 set of 10 at 150 then a set of 15 at 120 then a set of 20 at 100?
I'm such a habit former at the gym it's hard to change it up constantly but I think it's the answer to getting ready for this event?
