I recently discovered a new recipe for chicken that I stole off the back of a bottle of Pace Picante Sauce. This got me to thinking about some of the great recipes that have come off of boxes/bottles (Rice Krispy Treats are a great example). So post your favorites here....

Two-Step Chicken - Pace Picante Sauce

12 oz. of Pace Picante Sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. dijon mustard
4 chicken breasts

Combine picante sauce (I used the Medium), mustard and brown sugar. Pour the mixture over the chicken breasts laid in a shallow casserole dish. Cook uncovered for 25 minutes at 400 degrees. Serve with the juices from the pan and a dollop of sour cream.

I used regular mustard because I don't care for dijon and it still turned out great. Easy and fast too. It would probably be good over rice, but I try to stay away from white rice and that's all I had in the house last night.
